CoolThings is an AI solutions studio operating from Uzbekistan. This policy explains how we handle data collected through our website at coolthings.fyi.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• Message content

How we use it

Form submissions are forwarded to our team via Telegram Bot API for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We do not store submissions in a database or use them for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Your theme and language preferences are detected from your browser settings and are not stored.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare Pages — hosts the website. Cloudflare may collect minimal access logs per their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Workers — processes form submissions.
• Telegram Bot API — delivers form submissions to our team.
• Google Fonts — serves Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces.

Data retention

We retain your inquiry in our Telegram chat history for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data by emailing hi@coolthings.fyi. We will remove your messages from our Telegram history upon request.
